China-headquartered high-end SLA 3D printing leader HeyGears has officially kicked off its 2027 global campus recruitment drive, opening a wide range of roles to fuel its expansion across industrial and consumer additive manufacturing segments.
Founded in 2015, HeyGears has built a full-stack in-house technology ecosystem covering optics, materials, hardware, software and design, cementing its position as a top player in China’s high-end 3D printing sector. The company recently closed a new financing round exceeding 300 million yuan, and is preparing to launch the world’s first full-color 3D and UV desktop printing system. Its solutions have seen large-scale adoption in dental care and consumer electronics, and are now expanding into emerging fields such as embodied intelligence. Beyond industrial applications, the firm is also making high-end SLA technology accessible to professional studios and individual makers, empowering creators in footwear, designer toys and other verticals with flexible manufacturing capabilities.
The 2027 recruitment program targets undergraduate, master’s and doctoral graduates worldwide who will finish their studies between July and December 2027. Outstanding candidates who graduated after September 2026 may be considered under relaxed screening criteria. Open positions span R&D, product, marketing, manufacturing operations and corporate functions, including algorithm engineers, mechanical engineers, material R&D specialists, industrial designers, and management trainees across sales, HR, finance and international supply chain tracks.
Hires will be based across five locations: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Suzhou in China, and California in the US. The hiring process follows four stages: online application, professional interview, final interview and offer issuance. Interested applicants can submit resumes via the official campus recruitment portal, or contact the recruitment team through the dedicated consulting email.
